- About the Terms and Conditions
1.1 In these terms and conditions, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Picasso Barbering Academy Ltd, and “you” and “your” refer to the delegate purchasing a Picasso Barbering Academy course.
1.2 Who we are. We are Picasso Barbering Academy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 15298965, and our registered office is at Office Suite 3.6 Central House, 1 Ballards Lane, London, England, N3 1LQ. - Right to Admission
2.1 Picasso Barbering Academy Ltd reserves the “right of admission” to any of its training courses.
2.2 We reserve the right to cancel or change planned training courses in terms of dates, locations, and course content. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any planned changes, and an alternative date will be offered to suit you.
2.3 Irrespective of circumstances, Picasso Barbering Academy Ltd accepts no liability for any loss of earnings or expenses incurred by you or any models. - Paying for Your Training
3.1 You may pay for your training course via telephone, bank transfer, debit, or credit card.
3.2 Payment in full – you are required to pay the full price of your course at least three weeks before attending. A booking confirmation confirming your place will be sent within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
3.3 Payment Scheme/Finance – you are required to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your place. A booking confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your booking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total course price. If the full course payment is not received four weeks before the start date, your course may be canceled, and any payments made will be forfeited in line with our cancellation procedure. - Cancelling Your Training Course Booking
4.1 Should you wish to cancel your booking, the following terms and conditions apply:
4.2.1 All cancellations must be made in writing to info@picassoacademy.co.uk and will incur a £50 admin charge.
4.2.2 Cancellations with at least 14 calendar days’ notice before your course date: Course fees (excluding the booking fee) will be refunded, minus a £50 admin fee.
4.2.3 No refund will be given if any study materials were uploaded to your student portal or sent via email.
4.2.4 Cancellations between 7 and 14 calendar days before your course date: 50% of the course price will be refunded, and a £50 admin fee will apply.
4.2.5 Cancellations less than 7 calendar days before your course date: 100% of the course fees will be forfeited.
4.2.6 Any remaining balance on a delegate’s account must be used within 12 months or will be voided. - Amendments to Your Training Course Bookings
5.1 All requests to change course dates must be made in writing to info@picassoacademy.co.uk and will incur a £50 admin charge.
5.2 We cannot guarantee a place on your preferred alternative date. If unavailable, a refund will be offered in line with Section 4.
5.3 Rearrangement fees:
- 7–21 calendar days before the course: 10% charge + £50 admin fee.
- Less than 7 calendar days: 25% charge + £50 admin fee.
- Within 48 hours: 50% charge + £50 admin fee.

7.1 By booking a training course, you agree for us to use your data to process your application and for future marketing purposes.
7.2 Your details will not be shared with any third party without your written consent. - Complaints
8.1 We aim to resolve complaints quickly. Complaints should be made in writing to info@picassoacademy.co.uk.
8.2 Complaints will be acknowledged within one week of receipt. - Marketing
9.1 You may not use or refer to Picasso Barbering Academy Ltd without written consent.
9.2 You may tag Picasso Barbering Academy in work photos or social media posts. - Learning Materials
10.1 Manuals under 40 pages: Additional £10 fee for printed copies. Manuals over 40 pages: £15 fee.
