2. Course Bookings

All course bookings are subject to availability.
Your place on a course is only confirmed once payment has been received in full or a deposit has been paid where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion. Course dates, tutors, schedules, and academy locations may occasionally change due to operational requirements.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

Deposits

Any deposit paid towards a course is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Full Refunds

Students may request a full refund if cancellation is made within 7 days of the booking date.

Partial Refunds

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date may not be eligible for a refund.

After Course Commencement

Once the course has started, payments become non-refundable. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

4. Attendance & Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Attend classes on time
  • Behave respectfully towards tutors, staff, models, and other students
  • Follow academy health & safety rules
  • Maintain professional conduct at all times

Picasso Barbering Academy reserves the right to remove or dismiss any student for:

  • Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour
  • Drug or alcohol use on premises
  • Repeated lateness or absence
  • Damage to academy property
  • Disruptive behaviour

No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

5. Health & Safety

Students must inform the academy of any medical condition, injury, or issue that may affect participation in practical training.

Students are responsible for using tools and equipment safely during training.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, branding, and educational content remain the property of Picasso Barbering Academy.

Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

7. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during training sessions for promotional or educational purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in any content, please notify us in writing before the course begins.

8. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information only and may be updated or changed without notice.

We do not guarantee that all website information will always be fully accurate, complete, or up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability
